Pre-Brexit Iberian preserve with Caledonian spirit

  1. Looks delicious. Gotta stock-up. I've been reading about how many in the UK are stock piling just about everything.

    1. In the words of compatriot, that's "fake news". The only reason to stockpile in this case is the short season for seville oranges - well that and you can't do much else with them. I'm not sure marmalade is an expression of a unique, and possibly unreciprocated, relationship British culture has with the Iberian peninsula (like sherry and port, I guess) but it does taste good on a slice of toasted sourdough!
