I don't drink beer and I don't really have a desire to. I thought it was just your descriptions that I enjoyed, but apparently I'm entertained by enthusiastic beer reviews in general. XD
When he mentioned the finish as being important, it reminded me of the pop called Nehi from the northeast US. It has a wonderful taste when you first drink and I would consider it to be one of my favourites, if it were not for the finish which is very bitter and unpleasant. I guess that's why nobody drinks it any more. :)
